Anita Boudreau, President & CEO

Anita has more than 20 years experience in the public relations field, working on behalf of some of Canada’s leading organizations across a breadth of industries including consumer products, clean technology, financial services, IT and automotive. She has extensive experience in developing and executing strategic plans, media relations, marketing communications, event planning, internal communications and managing corporate social responsibility programs.

She founded Boudreau and Associates Inc. in 1998, and has completed assignments on behalf of Lindt (“Lindt at TIFF”), Earls, TVO, Leo Burnett Canada, Canadian Management Centre, BLOOM (formerly OCETA), AT&T Canada, BMO, CIBC, CMC Markets/Shorcan, Evergreen, Imagine, Molson Breweries of Canada, TD Bank Financial Services, Sears Canada, Waterfront Toronto and Volvo Cars of Canada.

From 2007-2011, she was Vice President, Managing Director of Public Relations at BBDO Toronto. In that role, she led the international media relations program in six global markets including the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, India, Japan and China on behalf of the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. During this time, she was responsible for the global agency network, managed the international media tour program and helped to set new records for coverage results.

As the former Manager of Corporate Relations for Canada Trust, Anita led the company’s social marketing and sponsorship programs, including Friends of the Environment Foundation, the Canada Trust Scholarships for Outstanding Community Leadership and the Trans Canada Trail.

Prior to joining Canada Trust, Anita spent eight years in positions of increasing responsibility at two of Canada’s leading public relations agencies working with such clients as Ontario Hydro, Sony of Canada, Labatt Breweries of Canada, Leo Burnett, Toronto Eaton Centre, Matinee Fashion Foundation, Montreal Trust, McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, SkyDome and Cadillac Fairview.

She is a graduate of Carleton University’s School of Journalism (Honors).

Mark Boudreau, Snr. Management Consultant, Information Technology Services

Mark Boudreau provides advisory and management services to IT organizations and their clients, including Professional Services, Value Added Resellers and Software Product organizations.

Mark brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, service leadership, and practice development within the IT industry.   Significant industry experience in healthcare as well as federal, state, and provincial government services.   Results-oriented with a strong consultative and entrepreneurial approach to the marketplace,   Mark acts as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them become more successful.

Mark joined Boudreau and Associates from Accenture, where in his most recent role as a Partner, Government Services Industry, he further developed the practice and grew the business in several new and existing client accounts.

Mark is certified in PMP, ITIL and Six Sigma, and has significant experience in improving client service delivery processes.

Mark graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Mathematics.
